This is actually quite funny...i made the same mistake when i was a teen.

Couldn't agree more. It's not about what's on your birth certificate, but about attitude and attraction. I am slightly flattered by the terms Cougar and MILF, not so much by GILF nor being referred to as a 'mature'. Turn it round, how would younger guys like being referred to as 'Youngsters'? Or is that just me being slightly sensitive? But personally, I prefer younger men to men my own age or older, their get up and go hasn't got up and left!
