"It should have gone in yesterday as good Friday is only a church holiday not a bank holiday. But it does look like you will be waiting for it. " I thought all the banks were closed good Friday? | |||

(Which means he's had 8 days off from work in that time) but he's the one missing out not me. He'll never change x | |||

"It does vary by bank with Standing Orders (which I presume this is). Some will process the day before with the end of day run others will only process it on the next working day "I'm assuming it is a standing order yeah. It goes from his natwest account to my nationwide every Friday automatically normally x | |||

"That's seems unfair to get it 4 days later instead of one day earlier due to bank holidays" Yes a friend just told me they pay 2 standing orders on a Friday and the money has left their account but won't show in the other one till Tuesday! | |||

We've done away with the little man running with money from one bank to the other. He was knackered. If you don't get it till Tuesday I'd have a word with your bank. Or get your ex to change the transfer to a different day so this doesn't happen again. | |||

They said that even though it's electronic If the people aren't there at the main place to start the electronic process then it still won't go. So sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't depending on who's working when! Ah well. Good job im not skint this week eh? | |||
