I love baking, but I'm not very good at it and I rarely eat what I cook, because I'm on low carb.

So now I just focus on savoury dishes, taking normal recipes and making them clean.

Having said that I made gingerbread men at work over Christmas. Think the clients had more fun decorating them though.

Chocolate crispie cakes with shredded wheat instead of crispies .... my idea of cooking with the children at work, they love it and especially the eggs that are supposed to go on the top but seem to end up in their mouths

Cooking is good therapy I think it brings out the child in people even the most harden of people
