Jeeze, I'm such a bad sleeper. Anyone else think that so many people's sleeping patterns are bad due to too much computer and phone interaction?

apparently the light from a computer screen is similar to daylight, which tricks your brain into staying awake longer

absolutely. I work where I'm on both all day long. It definitely affects how I'm able to turn off my brain and try to go to sleep.
