whats the daftest request from your childs school

I kid you not the school has sent home the following note.

please send your child in with the following ingredients

1x hotdog

1x Bun

Ketchup (optional)

for a fun cooking lesson next week..

I wonder what there making ?

No worries about your child not being able to cook for themselves then!!!

And what cooking does that entail i ask. The kids wont be able to heat the hotdog cos of health and safety. OOOO I know they are going to teach them how to spread Ketchup!!!!

pity the child who doesnt bring the opional ketchup, there going to have a pretty boring lesson lol

Are you allowed to send mustard or salad cream instead? Or would they not be able to cope with a variance of ingredients?

That reminds me of when my son came home saying he was making fruit salad at school... He was asked to take in 2 cans of fruit..
