Ok what I mean is I tend to get called cute and sweet a lot by ladies they mean it as a compliment but I hate being described by those two words makes me feel like a teddy bear not a man lol

So anyone else have this issue or am I just weird ??

Any compliment that has the BS scent attached to it - could be anything!

I have a very acute BS detector and if I feel somebody is trying to manipulate me into liking/ meeting etc them it has completely the opposite effect and is in fact a turn off.

yeah, what people think is a compliment and how it is perceived can be massively different. In general I HATE compliments because they either happen at work where I just feel vulnerable, or I assume they're just being sarcastic tossers, as those are mmy primary forms of 'compliment'. And I don't give two shits what people think about me, I just wish they would disconnect their brains from their mouths.
