Probably because the DM thought they could get a nasty reaction out of people and to be honest last time I looked at the comments there were a lot of RED arrows from assholes.

its a bit low of the papers who kept saying about the jack daniels he drank. Hope his family are ok

Had the poor guy had a heart attack while crossing the road no one would be reporting anything, but because it happened in a swinger club.... that's different.

The DM really does sink to some nasty lows.

Alcohol yes. But a heart attack, if it's found to be that, can be caused by dozens of conditions.

Sometimes you just go because it's your turn with no warning.
