So looking forward to watching Thunderbirds with my youngest!!. I know it's all computer aided now, but at 57, I remember seeing the strings on the original puppets! Used to race home from school to watch it, an if you missed it you missed it!, there was no 'pause' 'rewind' 'on demand' or anything like that, jeeez there was only 3 channels!!!

Bet there's only a few on here that can remember the originals!

Never saw Stingray the first time around and didnt really like it. Bu the time they had progressed from Thunderbirdd, through Captain Scarlet and finally Joe 90 i was hooked on the genius of Gerry Anderson

The drum roll still makes my hair stand on end when I hear it . Love anything by Gerry Anderson though . Saturday mornings were F A B ! Thunderbirds and tiswas all on a sat morning , total heaven !
