We were recognised this week, was a bit scary when the person messaged us saying where he had seen us. Then we thought oh well at least the pics are a true likeness.

We have taken some off now as don't want to be getting spotted everywhere lol

I've seen someone who used to be on a chat site I was on.

Don't think she's recognized me.

It's not surprise actually.

It was our local shop, at least we know what he looks like now. Have to admit we were freaked out and it made me wonder if anyone else has recognised us

Other way around: saw someone shopping with their mum who I recognised because she's often in the local hot pics.

Couldn't imagine how creepy it would feel to have someone come up to you or message you if you were recognised. It's just wrong.

Ive recognised loads of people I just dont approach them over it. Were all adults and I have as much right to be here as they do. Just because my face is publically displayed doesnt mean I dobt understand/respect peoples privacy or not know how to be discreet

I've recognised a couple of ex's but would never mention it to them. Quite strange to see when they've viewed our profile.

I wasn't shocked to see them but I'm sure they would be if they recognised me, as I used to be so tame and the mention of anything other than vanilla scared me to death. That was then...

Yep. And he started booking appointments to see me at work and not showing up.. Had to have a very stern word with him..

If I spot anyone I know I tend to block them immediately.

There's nothing to 'out' me for...

That suggests i'm doing something I'd be ashamed of, or something illigal or immoral.....having a health sex life is none of those

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I'd a horribly creepy while on here when a single fella kept messaging me to tell me he recognised me, and where he had seen me... I had no clue who he was.

He would tell me where he had seen me (often describing my son) and then he apparently followed me part of the way home, and dangerously overtook my car to try and make me aware who he was!

Blocked... and still no clue who he was.

I've not recognised people but people have recognised me in the past; an old creepy colleague who was using fab to cheat on his wife and 2 guys I knew in 6th form.

Oh, my ex and his current gf messaged me... didn't recognise me though, luckily I must have changed!

You are clearly not part of a married couple living in a small village with kids then......I couldn't give 2 flying fucks what people think of me, but people do judge and when it could potentially impact on my kids then I will do all I can to protect them. That's why the whole world doesn't need to know about it.

You would be surprised how less you get judged by being open/honest on a subject than if you try to hide it.

Having said that you have very plausible reasons for your annominity. Everyones entitled to run their profile how they wish to for whatever their reasons

There is more to it that the being judged aspect though. Swinging aside, I'm not one to make my sex life public domain. I just think there are some things that are no-one else's business.

Your right, having kids would change things....

But I don't have them, and hopefully never will so let people judge away as far as I'm concerned

I don't think we meant actuall go and announce it and make it public....but me personally, if it happens to become public knowledge then meh....so what? Has zero bearing on my life.....it keeps the gossips happy so fair play to them...let them spread the news if it keeps th happy
