Bradford

1. Buy a leading supermarkets Family Meal for 4 ( £5 including starter and dessert. Three additional desserts are optional )

2. Take large frozen lasagne out of plastic packaging tray.

3. Using 16" woodsaw, cut a 2-3mm groove in the bottom of lasagne.

4. Aligning the groove with the edge of the patio, slam the lasagne down hard.

5. Repeat step 4 only this time keeping fingers clear and not shouting "fucking hell".

6. Cook as per printed instructions.

For Dessert

1. Do NOT whack the frozen Tiramisu down onto a work surface to extract it from its container. It isn't frozen.

2. Scrape what you can find into a bowl and enjoy.

Cooking for one is soooo hard - and boring. Advice : Cook bigger portions and freeze or invite friends round
