Mine's good.

Try switching your hub off for a few mins, or restart your laptop of your lagging/slow connection maybe google to see if it's down in your area or they're working on something.

You could always call them if nothing else works, sometimes (rarely) they need to reset your hub from their end.

They must be catching on and learning it's never a good idea to cut mine off then because I get monumentally fucked off when they do.
