Roast them with red peppers, red onions, garlic and sprigs of rosemary black pepper sprigs of thyme make some vegetable stock blitz and done

Thursday night is buffet night here, we generally have friends pop in to play on the Wii so we put a few nibbles together to pick at all night.

Salmon, pork pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, quiche, pasta salad, cold meats, boiled eggs etc.
