Part of my problem is I don't have enough patterns.

But yes, a lot of the ones I do have are bad and I tend to repeat them. At least, I did. I'm changing things now.

Not sure really. I make time in my life for new things, but I have to go to work Mon-Fri or the bills don't get paid

Some patterns are important to allow for change. The three "S"s in the morning, for example.

Yes I do.. I am very much a creature of habit. However, in saying that, once I make a decision to walk away, I run.

Is that part of your saming though? Perhaps walking would mean you don't stumble and fall?

Is that the same as making the same mistakes over and over again? Hopefully, each one had a uniqueness to it.

Who WANTS change? = large majority.

Who wants TO change = small minority

Who is PREPARED to change = even smaller minority.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I did until I reached a point 5 years ago when it was essential to make changes... its not been easy, and i've faced some of the toughest moments in my life on the way, but I'm now happier than ever. 18 stone lighter, happier, back working, juggling childcare responsibilities, and also on the way to becoming a personal trainer... tough but worth every moment of heartache learning to change.

I do try to embrace new things to test me and challenge me.

Some work and enhance my life, some don't.

That's one of those motivational speeches that drives others x

I'm doing some new things at the moment but continuing to same in some other ways when I need to change.

There is probably a limit to how much I can change at once though, realistically, in order to stand any chance of success.

I like a bit of old and new, some variety. And I don't give in easily.

When something is clear cut, I will switch and not same.
