FITNESS/WEIGHT LOSS

Just thought I'd share my progress

Been hitting the gym every morning and exercise biking every night when I get home from work. Cut down my food and managed to lose 5lb this week! Currently being naughty by having a bacon sandwich whilst lying in bed. Back to it tomorrow! Wahoo.

Congratulations your looking great as you can probably tell from the fabs . It's always good to have a cheat day. Just make sure you rest x

Try running also. use hills sprint up and jog down. also do intervals- use songs to speed up or sprint between points and then jog
