Just seen the 1st door knockers of the election campaign. Hope they are not as annoying as trick or treater's on Halloween.

Newcastle and Gateshead

will have to tell you the story of the time the prospective BNP candidate knocked on my door at "Chez Fabs".....

I would like to think it was one of the most awkward conversations he'd ever had.... From my end I thought it was funny

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I've had the Tories round.

"Can we count on your continued support of Chloe Smith?"

"I have never supported Chloe Smith and will most definitely not be doing so in the forthcoming election."

"May I ask why?"

"If I though it would change anything, I would take the time to discuss it with you. I don't, so I don't wish to discuss it further."

I may put a sign on the gate saying election canvassers and religious salespeople will be considered trespassers and will be chopped up and fed to the dog.
