Help? Heartburn. No rennie until 9.30 when mum gets home. Water not helping. Milk not helping.

Keep a bottle of tonic water for heartburn emergency works a treat.

Also lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor. After a while you should feel the need to let it all out via a huge burp!

I had a hiatus hernia so get it checked out hun, mine was controlled by diet.
