Whatever happens, just to spite my Dad, I hope Harry Kane scores 2-3 goals.

He keeps telling me he's nothing special - he's better than a fair few at the very least!

I'm in Newcastle so I'm going to miss it.

The alternative is better so I don't care.

I'd say England win 3-1 though.

Oh god - don't let Will talk to your dad!!! Lol

I have to admit (not being a football fanatic myself) that I think young Mr Kane is doing very well for himself x

Fair play Harry Kane.

But did everyone see Rooney applauding Harry's goal? He looked in awe of Harry's talent.

Think he was just pleased for him to score on his debut.

Newcastle and Gateshead

okay... here is a question....

should all the under 21's go to the euro this summer...

after all it works for the germans and spanish... all eligable players go...... where as the english never take it seriously....

stirling, kane, barkley, wilshere, clyne, john stones, luke shaw... heck even phil jones is still eligible for this under 21 tournament...

think of this side for example england "could" put out...

if you decided to play lets say 4-2-3-1

jack butland

defenders... luke shaw, callum chambers, phil jones, nathaniel clyne

midfielders: jack wilshere, jonjo shelvey

attacking midfielders : alex oxlade-chamberlain, ross berkley, raheem sterling,

striker... Harry kane....

and thats not even mentions for example saido beraheno, or wilf zaha, john stones, eric dier, james ward prose, danny ings,

if england took it half seriously... thats quite scary even at u-21 level

They should, yes. Get them used to working with team mates they should be playing alongside for years, how they interact and, very importantly, how to win together

England were on fire tonight. And Kane scoring 17 seconds into being on the pitch on his proper international debut must be some kind of record

Took Harry Kane 80 seconds to score, rubbish Stevie G could have gotten 2 red cards in that time !!!

Stevie g is a typical scouser, can do a lot in 80 seconds, sign on, steal a car, get caught and deny it with time to spare. Lol x
