Mine would have lots of huge windows, almost all glass so its light everwhere, and would be by the sea so the views would take your breath away

oh i have loads of ideas as I love all these programs. Open plan living/kitchen family room with a wet room area to the side with glass doors for my 5 birds to live without being caged. I could hose it down daily would be so nice and easy to keep clean.

Lots of closed off storage for the horders that we are. 4 bedrooms two with on suite (one each) and a big family bathroom with sauna and steam room. South facing rear garden not overlooked . A husband flat in the garden where he can keep his mess to himself LOL

Mine would have a south facing back garden with a hot tub. Secluded.

Floor to ceiling windows. Flat roof.

3 bedrooms. All ensuite. All has a roll top bath.

Open plan kitchen, dinning and living.

Sauna.

I do up houses and done all sorts ... Be nice to do a beach house .. I love the sea and the beach and being away from people would be my dream .

. love to live by the sea,or that blokes house who lived in the woods,made charcoal n built beautiful timber frame place,now if it was somewhere like that,in woods,where you can hear the sea,mmmmmmmmm
