i had a small issue with homebase so i emailed them - received an automatic reply with a reference No (obviously to quote for further correspndence) and to allow 72 hours for them to respond - well that was 7 days ago so i have just sent them another email quoting the reference No. as the subject - and i have received another email back with another reference - haha i could really piss them off now and carry this on

To be honest, they are closing stores so fast at the minute that there's every chance if you're complaining about a specific branch it will be shut and gone by the time you get a response!

well it took a second moany email but result - 15 quid voucher on its way to my little self - item costs 10-99 and was on a 20% off day anyway so i win - of course would have been better if item was right in the first place
