What does the bus do, just drive non stop all day or visit swinging clubs, hotels and then pickup/drop off points?

I can see benefits for get together and some on board shags, as well as alcohol consumption for car drivers, if dropped near home, but maybe travel sickness thrown in too.

Op needs to flesh out the concept a bit deeper.

well they are purpose built really - those hand loops to hang from - single seats that flop down to lean forwrd on - poles and rails to grab -
