Stupidly i put 6 pork chops in the freezer without splitting them. Now as they're frozen solid how can i split them??

Have tried everything, putting a knife down them, using a hammer etc etc

Need to defrost 2 for tomorrow nights dinner

Looks like i will need to cook all 6 of them.

heat a serrated bread knife over your cooker flame/ring, then saw down between the chops.

Run cold water over them to melt the ice in between without defrosting them properly.

Hammer & chisel, - I keep them in the kitchen for that very reason.

I’m curious as to what you put in the search bar involving pork to find this thread
