If Brothels was Legal?

Was thinking about this this morning. If brothels was cheep and legal would there still be 1000s on sites like this??? If in every town you could pop in for a shag like you do a coffee men and woman. Some men in the past have made me feel like one ,, Just thinking of there own needs i never got payed . jo xxxx

I think it depends what you as a person are looking for.

If it's just a quick f**k then yes brothels would be your answer, save you the time of looking for some, you just go, pick your person and shag

But if you are looking for inter-action as well as sex then a brothel is not really the place. Or at east thats how I see brothels.

We'd rather swing, than use a brothel.

If both partners are happy to participate in swapping, then it's an easy decision for us.

Mutual Sex is not the same as paying for it I guess, I think some would still be on here and paying for it at Brothels as well

it's not impossible to get paid sex now, i think even legalised it will still carry a sordid aura.

i think paying for sex with anyone is completely different to building up the realtionship and enjoying each others company.

i wouldnt want to pay knowing that the only reason he was doing it was because he was getting paid to do it. i prefer my catch to be willing

Yes kev i can see where your coming from ,,,,,,,, but i think at times people just need sex and dont care if thay know people or not . I like to get to know the people i have sex with and see them as friends .. that way i get alot more from the sex. JO XX

Making brothels legal is only one part of the problem. The difficult bit is ensuring they aren't populated by trafficked women.

Whichever authority was tasked with monitoring brothels could only do spot checks every so often and, even if they found criminal activity, it'd only net people at very low levels of the gang.

I don't think there's a comparison (generally) between swinging and prostitution, any more than there is a comparison between pulling at a club and swinging.

You should post in the Australian forum, brothels are legal there.

i think there would probably less single males here ( cue single males taking offense,please dont,none meant ) but you dont bring your partner to a brothel,and swinging is about shared fun.i do think however they should be legalised.the benifits far outweigh the drawbacks.safe place for the girls.guaranteed regular health checks for the girls,so punters not getting nasty infections,and worse,passing on these stds to their innocent partners/wives.and last,but not least,millions and millions to the exchequer. win win win

there was this thing on Tv this morning about brothels saying if we had them and legal making sure no young woman or men doing it for wrong resons how it would help people .... so i was thinking would sites like this still be full of single men if it was easy to get sex and did not cost alot ... thats all really ,, lol

I think you make a very fair point.

Because quite a few people I have met through swinging are pretty clear that they do it for the sex alone.

It's a different thing but I once tried to speak to a lady after playing and she cut me short and said, "If I wanted conversation I'd talk to my husband".

And some of the blokes are pretty much sex addicts who see swinging as one of the ways of getting sex in addition to using escorts and dogging.

I think places like this would exist and the clubs as well.... I know a lot of guys in the scene who won't go to a club when they say "they can get it for free here" and I suppose the same would apply to brothels as well......

There'll always be guys who'll use brothels. Some men probably can't get it any other way. Some will probably prefer the anonymity of the transaction. Some will enjoy the ability to get whatever sort of activities or dressing up or whatever turns them on that they can't get in everyday life or their usual relationships.

I think using (or working in ) a brothel requires a different mind set - when money is involved the focus switches from the "playful" nature of swinging to a different level altogether. Each to their own, I d say.
