As a man I have to say this film for the most part is utter chick flick bollocks but the scene at the end when Bette Midler looks over to Barbara Hershey's character who's just died...you don't see her actually die, you just see Midler's reaction to it. That look on her face. God it would bring tear to a glass eye that scene

Not the whole film but one particular scene which itself isn`t sad at all but still gets me - The Railway Children when Bobbie sees he father on the platform of the station - "Daddy! Oh my Daddy!"
