It's ok if you live in Middlesbrough you're used to ICI wilton and Billingham, Redcar, Lackenby steel works etc.... Oops we're from Saltburn originally so we're immune aswell

I think it's related to the serious air pollution France(Paris) has been suffering for well over a year or two.

You can either have loads of cars driving around big cities or clean air but not both.
