How long can you twirl a hula hoop,,lol

I found a hula hoop in the loft the other week n had to have go,,disaster!

I used to be able to spin it for ages

right im off to practice,hula,hula!

I was at this yesterday with my daughter. It was my first time in years.

I was useless at it, but had a great laugh.
