Getting language straight is important as well. I would quite happily refer to a 'fuck buddy' as a 'partner', because I call anyone I'm intimately involved with more than once a partner.

I see it as more a reference to them showing 'love' to you/a part of you/something 'about you' for a certain amount of time. Regularly, with sex thrown in. With or without strings. However fleeting that time may be, you were 'loved' by them.

There's a vast difference between showing love and being 'in love'.

If I go around calling people my lovers I have fun with my other half would think I was mad and lying. A lover is a person you see more than once ....... you have a love for its a deep feeling you have together . One off no sting sex is sex .

Some here look for more than no string sex a lover ...... And I can see why it would fuck them up too. As you can love the one your with at the time but if not a two way thing you get hurt feel used as thinking there is more . No string sex is free of getting hurt I find you know where you stand Swinging is not having lovers . Dating is and giving yourself to that one person mind and body and soul its not just sex that's a lover.

I realise that to truly be lovers they have to reciprocate how i feel. So like i said once reality sets in some apathy comes in from me lol. I'm a bit of a dreamer, it helps me deal with stuff.
