Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'd tell myself to roll over and enjoy the lie in. Oh wait, I do that anyway.

I'd do more work for free than I currently do. I'd still want to work with most of my clients.

I'd be polite, i have no grudge against my employer. I'd just call them up and say I resign with immediate effect. Good luck and I'll send you back the laptop. Goodbye.

Id then skip off down the travel agent and book some flights with a MAHOOSIVE grin on my face!!

I would do charity work instead and let someone else have my job who needed the money.

"Id go off sick.. 5 months full pay. Then leave."

I work for a large employer who has messed the workforce around for the past 5 years. I would probably have an inclination to do the same if I could be bothered. If I worked for a small employer or had not been messed around, then I would simply resign.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I love my job, so I would continue to work, and use the money to do good with the charities we support...

I'd love to do the anonymous donor and really help some of them move forward.

Depends how much I won on lottery. Like winning £10 on 3balls isnt exactly life changing...

If I won millions, enough to never have to work again I'd hand in my notice and work it, I only do two 10 hour shifts a week anyway so hardly much to cover.

I'd finish the job I've started then change tack with my business sooner than I would have done.

I would leave in the normal way, work my notice and maintain my integrity - no point being a c**t just because I have come into money

Thankyou all for the input & varying opinions, so far. I was talking 'as if you'd won millions', by the way.

As for myself, I'd go into work.. early, sit in my bosses chair and light up a big cigar just as he comes through the door and say "It's been a pleasure but time to move on". I'd shake his hand and be on my way.

I'd then set up my own business, farming pigs for good quality bacon.

it depends on how much I won. I would not quit my job, but see how long the company took to get rid of me.

As in my not sticking to time schedules too closely, having long lunches, coming In late, going early.

I've never done the lottery in my life so not much chance!.

Having said that if I'd put five quid a week on since it stated take away the average wins...

I'm probably 3 grand up.

Whooohoo. Off down the pub early today

I wouldn't even need to think about it.

I'd start my own little record and book shop. Be happy and content for life.

I'd buy a stormtrooper costume and sit at my desk and say "this isn't the life I'm looking for" and march out of the office while some music (have to decide) plays.

Near Carmarthen

We all won the lottery just being born in the west.

Some 805 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life. That's about one in nine people on earth. Poor nutrition causes nearly half (45%) of deaths in children under five - 3.1 million children each year.
