I have to be careful where I use bleach.

The cats love the smell and get quite high on it. One of them tries to lick and chew anything that smells of bleach

I love zoflora, there's a citrus one, the smell of it lasts ages after you've cleaned

Stick a load of veet in your plughole overnight....that soon shifts those hair mats that gather in there....

When I actually bother to clean, I don't stop until it's perfect. I'd say it's OCD, but my room is always a mess. It's like I just don't know where to start. And I'd much rather move all the furniture out of the room and Hoover into all the corners and dust everything, but I can't do that so I know it's not going to be perfect so why bother

Although washing up... Fuck me. If there's even a spec of dirt or a tea stain or something, I scrub it to within an inch of its life!

I mopped the kitchen floor the other day.. I asked my mum to move the mat so I don't kill myself bending down to move it. She said 'just do the bits you can see..' I almost had a heart attack. Can't just do those bits... Gotta do under the mat too. If I had my way she would have moved the fridge too!

The house is a mess as there is work going on, including getting rid of things. But, I had the lovely surprise of coming back from my holiday to find that the kitchen, floors and and cooker had all been cleaned to a sparkle.

Cleaning fairies are the way to go.
