ive notice since my heart attack my fingernails all have dents in the middle going across anyone know why?

Your fingernails can tell you alot about your health. Dents and/or ridges can be a sign of lots of things but most commonly iron deficiency. Go and see your doctor about your nails and see if they advise you to have bloods done. Your body has had a major shock (not just your heart) and it will take a while for everything to get back to normal.
