What's the price difference if you forgo the mail.

You could always use it to line the hamster cage.

Quite a good deal if you're nipping out for the paper tho, you could always donate the mail to the local chippy having enjoyed your free coffee and croissants

I've complained as I don't drink tea or coffee.

My Waitrose has a whole new seating area for the free coffee people so if they are stopping it that was a waste of time.

Aww, I bought croissants tonight at Morrison. I stopped of in there on way home. Usually shop at Tesco as have two (1 express & 1 metro) within a ten minute walk either side of my street.

Technically your paying the price of the newspaper for the coffee and croissant so.its not really free its just cheaper than normal
