Scrambled egg whites, smoked salmon and mushrooms, with some black pepper and lemon juice

And a bowl of natural fat free yogurt and some blueberries.

And a cup of earl Grey

Although smelling the cafe on the beach cooking up sausage and bacon it was very hard not to pop in and treat myself

In the week I usually have bowl of porrige oats, toast and a glass of juice. Sometimes have scrambled eggs or beans on toast. Weekend- full english. Yum!
