Are iceburg lettuces not the most awkwardly packed item?

Nope. That accolade goes to those feckin carbon monoxide detectors you get from Homebase that are machine packed in plastic and you have to use a stanley knife to cut around the item then somehow try and prise the two halves apart to get the thing out and then you throw away the packaging only to realise much later that the fucking instructions were on the other side of the bloody cardboard that covers the entire width and height of the package and the bin men have already been!..

Now THAT'S the most bloody annoying thing to open!!..
