Love mussels. Always wanted to try them Ray mears style. Walk Down the beach, make a fire and go off picking mussels limpets and razor fish. Then cook over the fire. Yum. He always makes things look so easy tho. I know I'll end up with burnt rubber balls tho.

always a treat, whenever I sail into one of the Normandy ports, always have my moule et frits, lovely, and Belgium? definitely the warm cooked Welks in sauce, yummy yummy, can't beat them!
