My gym has nice new machines with TVs built in and as I've been on a bit of de-lardification in the last few weeks I've been watching Storage Hunters, Beverly Hills Pawn and American Pickers on Dave whilst there.

Total trash TV and nothing that would ever intellectually challenge you, but easy to watch while sweating off the blubber!
