I once made 2kg of fudge and made my family sick of it. It's been 3 months now, maybe it's time to give it another go.

Bought two cans of evaporated milk to make fudge months ago, should really make some as apparently is very easy to do.

"Bought two cans of evaporated milk to make fudge months ago, should really make some as apparently is very easy to do."

Really easy to make, just hard work stirring it as it cools (otherwise you get toffee which is still alright).

My Own Little World

The last time I made fudge I left the spoon in and the fudge set like concrete around it

Not my worse culinary disaster though.

"Try a four fingered Kitkat."

Better, get four chunky kitkats, melt the edges and join them together. You can pretend you have shrunk.

Is anyone else hallucinating about fisting their own mouth with five fingers of fudge at once?

Or is it just me on a diet?
