New Sundae glasses arrived on the day we're limited to 500 calories in total

But, after a bit of lateral thinking, there are now four Blackforest Sundaes chilling in the fridge, just 110 calories each

What challenge have you slam-dunked recently?

Mr ddc

Small handful of Coco pops in bottom of sundae glass, with a few chocolate chips,

then 1/3rd recipe pot au chocolate (1oz dark choc, melted with 1/3rd oz butter, stir in 1 egg yolk, fold mixture into stiffly whipped egg-white, fold in a few frozen blackcurrants and add to glass.

Meanwhile, dissolve 1 pkt sugar free jelly in 5oz boiling water, top up to 8 fl oz with cold water, chill in fridge for 1 hour, until it is just starting to set, then whisk it with a low-fat cherry yoghurt (125ml). It'll take about 5 mins to get really foamy. Add to Sundae glass, sprinkle with a few more blackcurrants and chill.

it was 'lush'! (as they used to say in Bristol)

Though no limit tomorrow, so mandarin orange profiteroles with Cointreau flavoured double cream and chocolate fudge sauce!!!

Yes, all very good but what about the spice and condiment drawer challenge?

I'm working through my challenges.

larder all sorted, though still can't find anything!

Having said that, I was writing down suggestions for you, but lost it in the chaos that is our kitchen. It'll turn up soon. Did you have a thread running for suggestions?

I challenged myself to finish a unit of study I was struggling with yesterday.

I resisted and procrastinated all day, finally forcing myself to my desk in the evening.

It took me until 4.30am to finish it but it's done and I feel like I've cleared a mental block. Progress is being made once more.

Only diet that has ever worked for me. The book was the best £2 I ever spent! Though it helps that we do it together, and have a real competitive edge.

My next challenge, other than study ones, is to find time and reorganise my office. It looks like a bomb went off in there and the chaos makes it more difficult to work in there.

I've a few DIY jobs to do too, some eBaying, and I need to give my bedroom a thorough clean (under/behind the bed and such like).

I'm like that with some of the stuff I do, there are plenty of jobs that get put off because I know they'll be tricky, but the feeling once its done is worth it.

Well done

We were hoping you'd show Mrs ddc up, by getting the pic on one of the lions that we failed on!!

(sorry I'm a bit giddy tonight, I've just realised Blackcurrant Vodka on an empty stomach isn't wise, but just got in from a tough (business) meeting)

Thanks. I couldn't sleep once I'd done it though and was buzzing for half the day until I finally managed to sleep.

I considered suggesting learning to say 50 in 50 languages but 50 reasonably common languages is a lot to find.
