Life has it's up's and down's - no pun intended! Take a step back, think of all the good things in life and you will overcome the uphill struggle - hopefully it's just a blip and the end is in sight? Sometimes a problem shared with a friend is a problem halved!

Maybe take some time out and chill out for a few days - the weekend is nearly here, have some 'me' time!

We've all been there!

I had a day like that on Tuesday, but after a good nights' sleep it got a bit better. I have started looking for my next job move though as things clearly aren't right and it's better to have something to go to than just jump ship. Chin up as don't let the blighter's get you down. xxx

Sometimes it feels like you're constantly pedalling uphill into the wind, but you'll reach the top and once you're there you can freewheel down the other side.

What you could do with is a tandem, then you can sit at the back and not pedal as hard as the dude in front.
