HBO announced today that the entire series 5 will be simulcast at the same time around the world.

There's only 1 country that's not going to do this.... Yeap, that's the UK. We'll get to see it 20 hours after every one else.

Bloody annoying seeing as most of the cast are British. Who sold us out to the Americans?

Seriously? You're moaning because you'll see it a mere 20 hours after everyone else?

Probably because it's a 9pm showing in New York which translates nicely into reasonable viewing times in most other states and countries it's being viewed in but in the uk it would be viewed at midnight so the ratings would be substantially lower for a new season premier x

Last year sky went simulcast for the first episode and the last episode and did the rest the day after.... Is it really that much of a hardship

Simulcasts are a great way of building hype and making all the fans feel 'special' but really don't do a great deal. If you're that bothered then stream it, or wait and download it a mere hour after! Personally I'm just looking forward to watching it when its broadcast

Unrelated to the subject of the 'Tits & Dragons' miniseries; but I highly recommend the miniseries 'Bosch' made by Amazon.

It doesn't matter to me at all. I wait until I have all the episodes recorded on Sky+ and have a binge weekend

indeed, spare a thought for virgin users, we don't get sky atlantic, due to toys and pram syndromes, so we'll have to watch it by other means

Only just read this and we have literally 10 mins ago started watching episode 1, is it worth the watch?

I agree with this. Watched the 1st 4 episodes and couldn't see what the fuss was about.

Then started to watch them again and by the end of the 1st series, I was hooked

i think it is slow because it is such a big thing it takes almost the 1st half of series one to explain and introduce everyone...and set up everything else going forward
