iPhone 6

Does anyone else's iPhone 6 get really hot when using it? Mine gets red hot sometimes and not others but works perfectly. What's everyone else's experiences?

I ended up getting a refund on my iPhone as the issues were just to much... Ensure its not running to many apps... And if your licking and unlocking the phone constantly it's go from a sleep mode to awake with no breaks like a switch on and off

Def not too many apps running

Love my phone so willing to put up with it but just wondered if it was maybe the aluminium case? This is my third iPhone and never had heat issues

The battery on mine is amazing and the plus even better. I don't think I've had to charge it in the day once yet and my 5 I was charging twice a day!!

However it has run hot once of twice

I haven't noticed this with mine, do you mean when you're using it for calls? And battery wise it probably depends what your previous phone was....to me it seems great because my iPhone 5 was shit. I can actually make it through the day on one charge now!

Just to ask.... (serious question) your battery lasts a day without charging it? ??

wow ... (that isn't all that long at all - mine is an easy 3 days just to say)

iPhones usually accept incoming email just after its sent. This uses battery power, even if there's no mail arriving.

You can switch this off through Settings.

It makes a big difference to battery drain switching to manual email pick up. The phone isn't constantly checking the server for messages.

My biggest problem with the iPhone 6 is the thin shape, which makes it slip through my hands too easily. I recently bought a silicon case that has helped with the 'gripiness'.

I have noticed the phone get hot but only after excessive use.
