Dieting and girly/man flu!

I have a cold and I'm craving carbs and junk food like a possessed woman!

Unfortunately this is like the 4th or 5th cold I've had since December and I've put on a stone!

What should you eat that's filling but not gonna make me hippo-shaped while I'm not a well bunny?

I always make sure I drink loads of water, it fills your stomach up and there's no cals x

Or just make sure you have a sexy doctor to look after you xxx

Ok I have a ton of Innocent smoothies in the fridge. Yum. That's vit c and water. (Let's just ignore the calories shall we? )

Now all I need is a sexy doctor.

Porridge, slow release, fills you up and is good for you, mix a teaspoon of honey or sugar in it if you crave sweet food

Jaffa Cakes - no calorie content (I think), but definitely porridge, not the pre-packed/flavoured ones though, just get oats, add milk and then whatever you need to sweeten it if you need to, just don't over do the sweetening.

I also have a stinker of a cold which is driving e around the twist, sniffing, nose streaming etc…. not good!!

but I do have energy, and they do say that sweating it out is a good way to get rid of it……

There's 45 cals in a Jaffa cake and I eat the whole packet!
