I don't like these offers as I always assume it's a restaurants way of getting rid of all the left overs and out of date food.

I love alt you can eats, especially curry or Chinese ones, what I like is if there's something I'm a bit unsure about I can try it there and if I don't like it no harm no foul, if I get it in a restaurant I'm paying full whack to leave it

I'm happy being fat

But I actually eat far less than my 4 brothers

I love these places tho because you can get exactly what you want in the proportions you want it

Bit like Fab really

Nope. I have quite a small appetite. If I pile up a plate too much it really puts me off eating!

"Nah, i prefer my chow freshly prepared and presented to me at my table at a restaurant!"

This, but we do like to go to Cosmo as you get a restaurant feel about it not your school hall type feel. If you really want to go to a great one try Ridizio Rico in Brum, Brazilian food but very pricy, £90 for two with a decent bottle of wine very good food though.

There's small you can eat Chinese near me that cooks each meal fresh as you ask for it so you pay per head and order whatever dishes you like so you can share them. The only thing they say is that if there are dishes barely touched you will be charged extra to stop people going crazy and leaving stuff. It's much better that way though.

That being said there was an amazing one not far from oceana in brum years ago it was huge and had everything!!

Unfortunately it does here in many cases too - which is why the UK is second only to the US in obesity statistics! I like the US as much as most people - but there are some things we shouldn't copy - and their earing habits is one of them! I'm not a big eater - so all you can eat buffets are bad value for money for me! Xx

Not me. As fat as I am,I can't eat a lot in one sitting. I've only finished a whole 3 course meal once in my life and felt ill after. On a sharer platter I eat a quarter of one for 2 and struggle to eat my meal after. It's a bloody curse

I went to Cosmos once at lunchtime. We are limited to an hour at ours. I ate one plate of food and some garlic bread and a glass of . Totally wasted on me.

It is not a challenge, but an instruction to be followed.

Its a collection, not a selection
