If you are going to wear a shirt and tie, tuck the shirt in. It makes you look like a kid wearing school uniform who doesn't want to.

nice pics..except the shirt one...being untucked is the least of the problem! you cannot wear a short sleeved shirt with a tie! it is very very wrong!

i think all the pics look good,as does the profile,sounds an honest guy,i do admit i prefer the picture of where you have a nice shaven face though.....
