Titz Towers, North Notts

The Evening Post carries a lot of job adverts, but I think that is on a Thursday.

Most vacancies are advertised on line now days....upload your cv to recruitment sites then you can be mailed vacancies. This also gives potential employers the chance to contact you x

be prepared to commute if necessary. Haven't been around Luton for an easy 15 yrs but the last girl I knew from there was working in Watford. I expect it has changed a fair bit since then, but good luck with the move

thanks for comments so far. I have tried all avenues suggested but with no luck. I apply for every possible job advertised but most of them I don't even get to interview stage. Was hoping someone on here could offer me something....

Think you are confusing this with totaljobs.com!

Perhaps you need v to look at job centre courses to help improve your cv/cover letter writing skills if you are applying for lots of jobs with no success. Volunteer in sectors that you are looking for work in too to give you some relevant experience.

go on a temp agy books. Speacial your background in pubs. Nottingham used to have 30 pubs when I lived there in one square mile. I should know I was a doorman.

thanks to all those with constructive advice. I really don't need condescending sarcastic remarks like some of the above. Don't you think that I have tried all avenues possible. Never mind if you cant help, don't bother commenting on here. I feel crap enough, I don't need people to try and belittle me !!!!!!!!!!

Maybe some voluntary work, it would look good on your CV, fill the gap between your last job. It would look more attractive to a potential employer.

Good luck Hope you find something soon.

You could print off your cv and do walkabouts with it. Not all jobs are online now. Some actually like to see it on paper x
