I like coffee that has a deep, cigarette ash type flavour that leaves your mouth with a tingling sensation (I can't describe it any other way lol) and at the moment I'm drinking their Christmas blend, espresso roast. I would say that it has more flavour because I can make exactly how I want it and can drink it red hot from bone china. I don't drink coffee in Starbucks anymore I have chai tea latte | |||

"Stove-top espresso pot is my weapon of choice, ideally loaded with something bearing a Fairtrade symbol to keep my halo intact... D*unk black, with no sugar or other flavours, as nature intended... Unfortunately at work it's nescafe gold blend or nothing. I do find though the trick with any instant is to make sure the water is not boiling - either add a little bit of cold water (or milk, if you must) before the hot or let the kettle stand for a minute after it's boiled. Makes a significant difference to the taste." Yes you're right having water just off the boil does help. | |||
