Well after 31 years of being a human ashtray I decided to kick the habit on Saturday. Its now 49 hours since my last cig (and I was smoking 30 a day) Feeling really positive as going to do this. Anyone else quitting atm?

Good on you!

you can get a phone app that calcultes how much you're saving, and tells you the health benefits as they happen.

Stick with it.

You could be saving your own life too.

Best wishes xx

Well done and good luck with it.

I gave up 8 years ago, is the best thing I ever did. I couldn't climb the stairs without being out of breath, now I climb mountains, including Ben Nevis 3 times.

Stick at it and you'll feel so much better in a few months

Thanks for support. I am shocked how easy its been so far. Anyone wanting a quit buddy feel free to friend / message and will happily give phone no. Tri Peaks challenge is on my to do list.
