Just read about Stuart McGrady aged 29. He scored a goal for the football team he plays for, then died in his sleep that night.

Makes you think.

Of course my deepest condolences to his family and friends, so young.

Unless ofcourse it's that excessive lifestyle that leads you to die so young

Deepest condolences to his family though,losing a loved one's always hard no matter the age..
