Good evening Fabbers

It’s a wild windy and hail stormy day here in Welsh Wales.

The Pooch and I were caught in a white out while walking and we still have to go out for walkies number 3 . Ahhh very unsexy but totally necessary thermals at the ready .

The Pooch has been jolly busy at work, illustrating a book on Marie Sklodowska-Curie. It’s a popup book based on the life of physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity.

This got us thinking about books, and the heroes and heroines of stories and if we could be someone from a book who would we be.

So in honour of world book day and you favourite book. Who would you be and why ?

The Pooch ……. The Great Gatsby

Me …………. Don Quixote

Have fun chaps xx

I always empathised with Anne Shirley in the Anne of Green Gables novels. And always had a hankering to be Diziet Sma from the Culture series by Iain M Banks.

Titz Towers, North Notts

I always liked Waylander, but I've a feeling I'm more like Bertie Wooster.

I spent most of the age of 11 wishing I was ginger so I could be more like Anne Shirley. Loved those books.

Jo March in Little Women - always admired her.

If I changed sex for a day, I'd be Atticus from To Kill a Mocking Bird. I like the fact, he is his own person.
