Was not only referring to _ruit and veg.. was curious what people would make of the question.

My five a day will always include the gym and often include a good sexy session with my partner, in addition we might add some extra portions of... one thing or another..;-)

To me it is an arbitary number.

A daily mantra.

Borne in America.

Long abandoned.

But not here by the NHS.

Five nanas ?

Five melons ?

Five lettuce leaves?

It's there on the bus .... in the store..... at the school .. in the hospital.

I do it....... im won over... defeated...... I have five a day .....

I have ......

Spud , oil, salt , pepper , vinegar.

Gin, tonic, soda,ice and a twist ...

I need more information.

Well using maths - 5 a day = 5.78703704 × 10-5 hertz (google it)

But apart from that for me 5 a day is as everyone states the push by government to get people to eat healthily, and not the chocolate covered raisins.

Mind you I would like to think of 5 a day being 5 thoughts a day, about people you like and care for. A bit of pay it forwards - to quote a film
