World Book Day

This Friday is World Book Day. I've already made a Maleficent head piece with chicken wire and electrical tape which I've subjected my friends on here to a photo of.

We've done Where's Wally and Cruella Deville before.

I need another idea too. Does anyone have any ideas that are fairly easy to make as fancy dress?

Sticks as Harry potter wands.

Old clothes - go as a character from Oliver Twist

Bring in a white T shirt and design it with your favourite characters - books etc.

Face painting - oompa Loompa, or animal features.

Making cakes with book characters faces on.

I loathe world book day. So stressful! (Or expensive.)

Might stick 'em in their superman and spiderman costumes again for the 3rd year running.

I hate it too! Kids are always hyper and most of them hate reading anyway!

I always admire the ones who don't dress up and just say they are not interested!
