Guys what type of boobs you like all natural or cosmic enlarged ones? As for me I believe in natural ones no matter their size as they feel real nice and tender when you touch them not telling what size i like best. As for cosmic ones they are okay but the to do have the bounce like the natural ones…

What other women have boob wise isn't my concern. Personally tho I'd prefer to have smaller boobs, so whilst I wouldn't have implants I wouldn't say no to a reduction.

Generally your average boob job with the incision under the breast won't affect nipple sensation, uplifts/reductions or implants that are done through the nipple area (rare) can affect it. My nipples were never very sensitive before my operation and still aren't now.
